On-Sale Date Announced for Labor Day NASCAR Night Racing Weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway
HAMPTON, Ga. (April 16, 2010) – NASCAR night racing returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway on Labor Day weekend and tickets go on sale for the anticipated event on Friday, April 23.
Already established as one of NASCAR’s marquee events on the season schedule, tickets for the return of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series night racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway start at just $39.
“We made history last year by bringing night racing to Atlanta Motor Speedway and returning NASCAR racing back to the South on Labor Day weekend. Now it’s time to turn Labor Day night racing into a tradition by doing it bigger and better than last year,” said Atlanta Motor Speedway president Ed Clark. “This year marks Atlanta Motor Speedway’s 50th Anniversary and we intend to reward fans with a blowout celebration come Labor Day weekend.”
In addition to $39 Elliott Grandstand tickets, race fans can purchase frontstretch tickets to the Sept. 5 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race for just $59. Student tickets in the Elliott Grandstand are just $19.
General admission tickets for the Sept. 4 NASCAR Nationwide Series race and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying are just $25.
