Terri Parsons Chili Recipe

A chili recipe you've got to try.
 
AroundTheTrackOnline.com had the pleasure of visiting Terri Parson at Benny Parsons Rendezvous Ridge and she was gracious enough to pass on her chili recipe.  It was given to her by a neighbor when Terri was fifteen years old living in Daytona, Florida and from then she has been designated the chili maker in her family.
 
2 lbs ground sirloin (browned then put in crock pot)
1 large can light red kidney beans
1 small can of dark red kidney beans
1 finely chopped red bell pepper
1 finely chopped green bell pepper
1 red chili pepper finely chopped
2 large onions chopped
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 can of tomatoe paste
2 tablespoons of mexican chili powder
 
Put all ingredients in a crock pot for approximalety 2 hours on medium high setting.
Serves 12
