Johnny Garlic’s
Guy Fieri of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives has a couple of restaurants within driving distance of Infineon Raceway. Johnny Garlic’s is American food with a Fieri flare…half-pound burgers, wood stone fired pizza’s, pasta creations, chicken, fish, steaks and ribs. And, the list goes on and on.
Also ask about the weekly hunter’s special which may be rattlesnake, or pheasant or wild boar – it just depends on the week.
Fieri owns a second restaurant in Santa Rosa – Tex Wasabi, a combination southern bbq and California-style sushi restaurant. Unfortunately, Tex Wasabi is closed for renovations.

The Stinking Rose: A Garlic Restaurant
If it’s garlic you crave, then this is the place. What started as a well-kept secret in Beverly Hills is now one of San Francisco’s most unique and deliscious restaurants. It’s located in the North Beach area of town – the city’s “little Italy” section.
From the garlic infused prime rib to a large variety of fish and seafood items; or maybe one of the many pasta dishes -- it’s about great ingredients and the garlic. Or forget the other ingredients and start with the Bagna Calda: garlic cloves, oven-roasted in extra virgin olive oil and butter with a hint of anchovy. It’s great for spreading on focaccia bread.
